MediHacks has hosted 2 virtual, international hackathons so far. We have raised over 10,000$ in cash from tech companies and hosted over 1,200 total participants from around the world.
MediHacks has collaborated with executives from the multinational Laerdal corporation to curate "Life Saving Challenges". With Laerdal having the resources and data to identify these pressing issues, these challenges give developers a jumping off point to build impactful hardware and software healthcare solutions.
Right now, MediHacks is leading a partnership with the Freshworks STS Software Academy to host hackathons and provide additional support for underprivileged students in India

MediHacks Founder Harjyot Sahni hosted his first hackathon, the MSET Health Hackathon, with great success, therby inspiring him to pursue hosting his own hackathons virutally.

Partnering with the Leardal Group to solve pressing issues in the health-tech space, we raised over 10,000$ for MediHacks 2024: another successful event with 600+ participants
Collaborating with large tech companies such as Laerdal & Freshworks, MediHacks is now pivoting towards using hackathons to make the developer community more inclusive and socially impactful. In 2025, we plan to host an in-person, overnight event in the Bay Area.
